MEP Sogor calls for a stronger presence of the appointed EU Foreign Affairs Official
One of the main subjects of the plenary sitting of the European
Parliament in June was the overview of the EU’s foreign relations. The
evaluation of the situation in Gaza, the Korean peninsula and
Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as the relation between the EU and Russia
was made through the MEP’s debate and vote the next day. Baroness
Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs
and Security Policy took part in the debates.
