Hungarians living outside the borders are still being discriminated in the countries that attack the Hungarian Constitution

The new Hungarian Constitution was the subject of debate at the Wednesday, June the 8th meeting of the plenary session of the European Parliament. Abolition of internal border controls is a great achievement of the European integration

One of the key issues of the plenary session of the European Parliament in June consisted of the accession of Romania and Bulgaria to the Shengen Area. The Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) Committee of the EP supported the issue through its opinion on the subject, but rapporteur of the subject Carlo Coelho (EPP, Portugal) analyzed the preparations made by the two member states and emphasized that the EP still requires confirmation about the additional measures in regard to the implementation.
