The most beautiful natural sights of the Arieș valley visited by the participants of the CST camp
The Carpathian Society of Transylvania held its annual camp at Plăiești – situated in the valley of the Arieș River – between July 29th and August 2nd 2014.
The organizers ensured participants of all ages find a suitable pastime and organized hiking groups to seek out the most beautiful sights of the valley. The luckiest few will have the opportunity to go ”sightseeing” in Brussels this fall, courtesy of MEP Csaba Sógor.
RMDSZ MEP Csaba Sógor also spoke at the opening event of the camp, quoting a 100 year old issue of the magazine entitled Erdély (Transylvania) regarding the benefits of fitness and adding: “Leading an active life is very important. The key to withstanding stress and overcoming the obstacles of our day-to-day lives is to be fit. Hikers give us an example of living a harmonious, healthy and active life” - emphasized the MEP, who offered a trip to Brussels for two to be awarded at the closing event of the camp to one lucky participant who wins the raffle.
